The program will focus on global diversity in higher education in France and will include visits to universities, museums, and other locations of cultural interest in the Paris area. Some of the cultural activities will include: Indian Ethnic Walk, Black Paris Tour, Eye Prefer Paris Tour, Jewish Neighborhood/Museum Visit, Chinatown, Louvre Art Museum, Museum of Jewish Art and History, Holocaust Museum, Musee d’Orsay, Museum of French History, and the Carnavalet Museum. There will also be a day trip to Versailles and a two day trip to Normandy and Caen. Additionally, students will also visit the United Nations educational, Scientific and Cultural organization to learn about its education and related policy areas. Throughout the program the students will have the opportunity to interact, network, and discuss student affairs and higher education issues with various constituents in France, including students, staff, faculty and student affairs and higher education administrators in other arenas. Students will also visit colleges and Universities in France.
